Arch. Randy P. Crispino

President, Chief Architect

Randy Perez Crispino is a licensed architect who graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in 1999.

Ar. Randy have been exposed to designing and construction project management since 2001. Most of his projects are residential and low rise commercial buildings.

He provides a minimalist, modern, and practical approach in his projects which are laid out with transparency, pure intention, and straight forward execution in project management.

Ar. Randy owes his career to his previous bosses, partner, and clients especially in his beginnings when he was establishing his credibility.

He aims to be the top of mind in his industry as he continue to improve his craft while enhancing and developing the skills and values of the people he work with to give better service to our clients.

Truly grateful of what he has now, he is eager to pursue what he have started right. With the help and support of the people around him, he will continue to BUILD MANY DREAMS INTO REALITY.

Maria Victoria Crispino
Chief Financial Officer

Maria Victoria Crispino oversees all aspects of financial activity throughout the organization and formulates appropriate strategies for crispino + architect’s financial success.

She previously held key accounting and finance positions for information technology company Diversified Technology Systems and real estate developer

Megaworld.

Previously, she was also the national key account home market head for Coca-Cola FEMSA. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from the Philippine School of Business and the Arts in 2000 and passed the Accounting board examination in 2001.
